I'm renting a house with my friends from PaDrentals and they have made the process very easy and fun. Corey took us around and at first we didn't know what our group would be or how many , but he stuck with us and found us the perfect home. He always answered us and was great to work with...... Make sure if you're looking for a house go with these guys .
I rented from PADrentals in my second year from Western and I have nothing but great things to say about this company . We had some internal issues , and they helped us find another house with no stress. Any time we needed something and or there was an issue they responded . We had a specific issue with our house because of your room mates and they were there to help right away . I can't stress enough if you're looking for a company to rent a great house from , they actually care about their tenants .
My roommates and I have been with Pad Rentals for over a year, and we absolutely love them. We have never had any issues with them and Craig, Cory & Jeannie always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy! Their rental property are all stunning and well kept, we never want to move out of ours! Before signing with Pad Rentals, we went on tours with other rental agencies, and none of those other agencies compare to the quality and hospitality that Pad Rentals have always given to us! I strongly urge any Western students to book an appointment with Pad Rentals if looking for a rental home! They have always treated us like family!
