We just went in to see Vince as we are in need of a new dishwasher. I was hoping for an open box or scratch and dent one to save some money but I didn't even need to. I got a brand new one at a great deal price. I wanted to buy very good quality this time and he helped us do this while still getting an awesome price. He took the time to discuss how often we use the dishwasher to make sure the one he showed us suited our needs. We will for sure be back for our next appliance purchase. Highly recommended!

If you want a good deal and don't care about any service buy from here. Bought a fridge and the Ice maker stopped working. They got some one warranty to come out and look at it and said they will order the part. Then COVID hit and lock down no big deal. Well after the lock down I call the company doing the warranty. They said they don't take care of it call Ourr Home and Appliances and they should direct you to who is not taking care of it. Well they never get back to you so you are on your own.

Vince is great and his prices are unbeatable. We priced out similar packages from big box stores and saved 4k going with Vince. Also, all of our appliances were new in box (you can also get scratch/dented if you want). Not sure how he does it but do yourself a favour and at least check out his showroom.

Worst appliance buying experience. We bought a new freezer and paid delivery. When delivered, it was put in middle of room, not in place. When unwrapped, it had a HUGE (3' by 1') dent on front door. Took weeks to get manager on phone or email. Offered me 75 off (less than delivery fee) a 1k freezer for scratch and dent. Matter is still unresolved 4 months later.

Due to Covid 19 pandemic lockdown I find myself in a very challenging situation as I badly needed to replace a dishwasher for my tenant, normally I tend only to buy home appliance when I see it physically on display at the same time speaking face to face with a salesperson, I am from an old school so to speak but alas, online shopping or via phone is the only way we could do such transaction at this point n due to Pandemic lockdown in compliance with the province restrictions. Yesterday, after so many inquiries from different Appliance Store who failed to met my purchase requirements which was the unit has to be in-stock and available for delivery which means in store for immediate purchase and can be delivered the soonest possible like the next day and that my old dishwasher has to be unhook and dispose and the new one has to be deliver and be hook up for use right away. Gladly to say that Ourr Home and Appliances in London not only they have reasonable prices and quick respond through the assistance of Vince who was quite knowledgeable with impressive professionalism, he was able to make my experienced very satisfactory and no doubt that from now on I will be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs appliances in the future. My wife and I went in to just look at some dishwashers, not really intending to purchase that day. Vince the owner was super informative and doesn't apply any pressure. He made us such a good deal we ended up buying and he even arranged delivery and installation later that day! Talk about service! We'll definitely be back for future appliances. Great service, great prices what else could you ask for?
