My wife and I would recommend these guys to anyone who's considering any reno work. All of the people involved in our pretty large job were professional, courteous and friendly. They took covid precautions and were in and out in no time. Great job!

Just got done dealing with this company and I must say I was quite surprised happy to say very pleasantly surprised the workmanship was superb the communication was constant and accurate my kitchen looks better then when I first bought it it started with a leak in my roof on Good Friday which turned out to be not so good of a Friday but after all things considered pay my deductible having a new roof with better shingles put on I was allowed to do upgrades having my kitchen restored no damage or issue to any of my cabinets paint color match perfectly I would highly recommend if anyone is in the unfortunate situation of needing emergency work that on side should be your first call
Aweful workmanship... not one square corner, doors don't line up, some doors do not close, plumbing draining into everywhere (2 bathrooms, kitchen). Not sure if they even used a saw in some areas, as it looks chiseled out with a steak knife. Floors bubbling up in the dining room, etc., etc.....
I'm surprised with the poor reviews. We are in the finishing process of having our house put back together after a flood. Very friendly, polite, cooperative, and asked us multiple times if we needed anything to make us comfortable during the restoration process. Everyone is amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very happy family here. Great job guys!
I would highly recommend On Side in London. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the few buisinesses left out there that isnt just looking to make a quick buck, and will actually take the time to go over all options.
An absolute nightmare...not one thing onside has done at my home is anywhere near what a professional would do...not one square corner, doors do not open or close, plumbing draining into my crawlspace and this is no exaggeration...you may come see for yourself...If ever I have need of restoration or if I know of anyone who does onside will be the very last company I would recommend...this is directed to the London office only...I cannot speak for any other office...I sincerely doubt this will ever be published on their website but it felt good writing it.
