As you can google these brands in Calgary and Canada, the amount of negative reviews is abundant. And most of the positive reviews here are by their employees, or profiles with 1 review (pay attention to the names), check it on yelp, BBB, Google and more. Same lady different hat.

I DO NOT ,under any circumstances, would consider this place a professional institution. The employees that work here are not only VERY DISRESPECTFUL, rude, arrogant, ignorant and RACIST. I experienced them at a level I have NEVER imagined would be possible. I was yelled at, laughed at, had their fingers pointed in my face, they were clapping their hands at me and just utter chaos. These women also took it upon themselves to SPEAK IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE in front of me while we were discussing a VERY SERIOUS situation. They accused me of being a LIAR! That I am not a customer....well no not anymore FOR GOOD REASON. I have never been treated like this from ANYWHERE a place claiming to be a \ high-end\ retail chain. The events that took place were not only carried out by employees BUT THE MANAGER/OWNER HERSELF. I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment that I WILL NEVER SET FOOT in it again. I was treated like I was trash beneath their feet.
Such terrible customer service. The associate didn’t even greet me or look up from her phone the entire time I walked through the store. No eye contact- nothing! Had she tried, she probably could have made a sale. I can’t see this place staying in business. Best of luck
Terrible experience overall. The Sales person was very forceful and aggressive in their selling style. After being 'trapped' in a demonstration, we didn't want to buy anything, then the sales person had the audacity to demand a reason for not purchasing. Atrocious customer service. Please buy your cosmetics anywhere else.
