Debby (the receptionist) is very sweet, very accommodating, very welcoming and compassionate. Dr. Pandit is very understanding, he always sees what is good for you. When I go to him I can tell him everything, every worries and I can see compassion and understanding in his eyes for his patient. Me and my husband frequently go to Nixon Clinic and we are always immediately seen by Dr. Pandit and I don't mind waiting because I can expect that I will be well taken care of. We are looking for family doctor but I told my husband I don't think we need one I already like Dr. Pandit to continue looking after us.

The receptionist was very sweet. Dr Pandit was excellent, very friendly and understanding, and he took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood and was comfortable. Would highly recommend if you need a walk in clinic!

A very nasty receptionist. I called to book an appointment and the voice automated message was very hard to understand and hard of hearing with lots of studering from the receptionist. I called again to listen to the voicemail more carefully but the receptionist picked up the phone and became very nasty. I told her I had strep throat and that I wanted to book an appointment and she accused me of being impatient and that I should wait for the voicemail (which I was trying to do) . I then told her I did call and that the automated message was hard of hearing and there was studdering . I could tell she was having a bad day because she replied \that's the phone's fault because I DONT STUDDER\ .. i knew from her voice that I was talking to the same person on the message but this sort of arrogance isn't Canadian and has no place in a hospital setting. Please be kinder to the sick and do not get angry with people who just want to be cared and looked after.

Highly recommended!!! Friendly receptionist. Dr. Pandit did an excellent job of listening and asking questions before he could make some suggestions on how to treat my health issues. I am very happy with how much my health has improved.
