I had a horrible experience with this print shop, and would caution others to look elsewhere for these services. I assembled a large quantity of physical photographs to be digitized in order to generate a sideshow. This required a quick turnaround to be made ready for my brother's funeral service. I provided clear instructions verbally and in writing which were not followed, and the resulting output was unusable. I encourage the owner to coach staff to understand their customers' objectives before accepting jobs. In my case, this lack of understanding created last minute challenges during an especially difficult time.
