Fantastic, quick, same day non-emergency service on a blocked drain! Gerald Rennie was friendly, clever and knowledgeable. Got the work done well and then offered to replace the broken faucet we had too. Of course we said yes. That awesome customer service deserves our money! Super happy repeat customer!

I called to find out what is wrong with my hot water tap dripping in the laundry room. They were very fast & responsive - technician named Gerald came in within 30 minutes to analyze the issue at night. Gerald was very professional and honest about his opinion and while I am yet to receive the repair service, I truly appreciate his help and explanation. Also, different from my previous experiences with plumbing companies, this company did not charge me any 'coming out' fee - I was told that getting the problem diagnosed and an estimate is free of charge (even at night!) and they kept their promise! Thank you Mr rooter and thank you Gerald! Now I know who to call when I need any help with plumbing!
Had a severe dual kitchen sink clog. After following some initial troubleshooting steps on the Mr. Rooter website, I reached out and setup an appointment for them to come take care of it. Justin did a full assessment and provided a quote instantly. I agreed and he began working right away. His service was fast, effective, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had an emergency plumbing situation on a Saturday night. After opting to wait until morning I got In touch with Mr Rooter reception and they had arranged to have someone come out Sunday morning. Aaron Lechner showed up when I was told he would. First point. He was friendly and nice to talk with. 2nd point. He got the job done in an hour and cleaned up after himself to boot. 3rd point.
