I’ve used Mobile Klinik in White Oaks mall a couple times now, and mostly because of how highly they’re rated and how well the reviews spoke of the staff/quality. I have to say they earn every word! When I was having some issues about a month or so after a screen replacement, I brought it in and another brand new screen was completely covered under their repair warranty. Honest, friendly, fair pricing, and true to their word when it comes to warranty and timing. Not to mention they are being very safe with the current pandemic. What more can you ask for?! I’ll happily recommend their services to anyone needing them. Well done!

Excellent price and options but there is one thing I don't understand. It's ok for them to put my phone into my paid case but I'm not allowed to see how it's gonna look before I buy it because of covid lol

I had lint build up in my charger port. They fixed it right away and didn’t charge me. Every other place I called wanted 20-30 to clean it. Also I priced out the repair cost if it was a broken port and they are around 100 less then the places I called. They are also very friendly. I highly recommend

Truly, the people working here should be called Phone Doktors. I had a small issue with my phone which was attended to by Doktor Ethan who was extremely courteous, polite, knowledgeable, professional and quick to get my phone functioning correctly once again. I will definitely be going to this location of Mobile Klinik for all my phone issues. Thanks once again Doktor Ethan.
