This was my first time trying a repair store in London and I gotta say I hit the jackpot with this store. Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal and it was pleasant experience talking to the owner(s). However, most importantly they offer their services at a FAIR price. Yes, that's right very reasonable prices for their services; they have definitely saved me a lot of money that's for sure! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for repairs for their devices at a decent price with amazing customer service. Thank you once again Microkool Computers for fixing up my laptop.

I started going to Microkool computers when I was at Western, and heard of them through a friend. I am still going to Microkools years later. Everyone who works here, and the owner himself are so kind, professional, and efficient. I most recently went during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, and the owner was working by himself and was still so kind and helpful as I am not that good with computers. I definitely recommend going to Microkool, they are quick, always do a great job, and it will be a friendly and pleasent experience every time you go!
Excellent Service, great communication skills and really good prices! I felt at ease with them from the first discussion regarding my old mac, they assessed the problem with the hard drive problem and called me twice to tell me whats that problem and what steps they ll take to fix it, my old mac is 12 years old (its really old I know haha) but they fixed it and now its running like a gem! I will be coming back to this store in the future!

The owner is amazing! Seriously the nicest person my mom and I have ever met. They did a wonderful job fixing my macbook for a much more affordable cost compared to apple who was trying to charge me 1000. I will be telling all my friends and family that this is the place to go! Thank you guys so much!
