Horrible communication! Called to have an item picked up spoke with a fellow on the phone, since we were not home and were at work he was to call 30-1h before coming to get the item so I could head home. The guy picking it up didn’t call he just showed up. He called in the morning saying he would be there between 11:30 and 3:30 well we all work like we stated in the first place so we left a message on his phone saying that we wouldn’t be home and he was to call before coming like his office said he would do. He didn’t listen to his message nor the notes from his office specifically stating we worked and to call before he came. The guy only made excuses the least he could have done was apologize for not following specific instructions he was given TWICE.
