I I chose Maple Green for my move. Prosper was very nice and professional when he gave me an estimate. Their rates are very reasonable. I moved in the middle of a snow storm yet they showed up on time, they used runners in the hallways so that they don’t leave a mess behind. Everything reached my new home in a perfect condition. The only thing i would suggest is to attached the screws and accessories to the piece of furniture being dismantled to find it easily. They still managed to reassemble everything together just fine. I highly recommend this company!

The guys who moved some rental furniture today were amazing. Great job. Courteous, professional and moved my stuff from A to B without issue. Recommend! Will use them again. Thanks so much for making this a smooth MOVE.

Amazing experience from the top to bottom. Initial request for service was met super quickly, the two guys were great movers, super friendly and good workers. I would recomend MapleGreen any time !

I used this moving company end of August of this year (2020) and it was the worst service I’ve received from a business. The mover showed up 45 minutes late to start. Then they only had to move some of a 2 bedroom apt to a house in the same city it took 5 hours and I helped cause I wanted it done. The was only a stove and a cabinet for large furniture the rest was in boxes and in the same room. When I complained to the workers their response was what do you expect we only get 15 bucks an hour and at least we didn’t break anything. When I text the owner with my concerns no response back. Stay away

Never, Never use them! they committed to our move date/time 2 days before - 1/2 hr before our arrival time (9am) they called to say the “truck wouldn’t start” - for 25 more an hour they could “fix the truck and be there in 20 mins. otherwise it wouldn’t be “fixed til 1pm. they called at 1pm and said they’d be there by 4pm because the truck was coming from Strathroy and after they emptied it they would come over. it was too late so we asked them to come the next day. they committed to 10am in the morning - at 9:30 we called and they confirmed they’d be there at 10am. at 9:46 they txt’d to say the truck was coming from Windsor and after they unloaded they would be there between 11am and noon. we told them to cancel. at 1pm they called and said they were on their way! we told them to not bother we’d already canceled. two women friends and a pickup truck moved us (in 15 trips) - were done! thank god we weren’t closing a house deal and had to be out that day. we should have canceled them 2 weeks earlier when they moved my sister but on such short notice we couldn’t find anyone else available. they delayed her move start (from 9am to 1pm - but didn’t show up til after 3pm). the two men argued the whole time - they stopped packing 3 times while 1 guy watched the other “re-pack” the truck. at 11 pm 1 guy left and my 12 yr old nephew and his friend had to help finish unloading - including taking a couch up 3 flights of stairs! they finished at 1:32am and charged her full price (for 2 men) for the whole 10 1/2 hrs! NIGHTMARE company
