I’ve lived here at Maple Ridge on the Parc for over 6 years and I’ve really enjoyed my experience. This was my first place that I moved after moving out of my parents so I really wanted somewhere that felt “homey”. I looked for a few months and I decided that maybe I wouldn’t move out because I just couldn’t find anything that fit what I wanted. My sister actually found this apartment for me and I was blown away! The amount of space that I have in my two bedroom apartment is great, the layout is so open so you don’t feel like you’re just living in a box, I have a huge walk-in closet in my bedroom, we have a good-sized storage room, and the amount of natural light is so nice! The staff are absolutely phenomenal... I adore Amber and all she does to help get stuff done when I need it within hours or at the most a few days. She helps me feel at ease and makes sure the job gets done and I’m happy. I feel absolutely well-cared for in this building as the maintenance guys make sure that everything is properly installed and if I have any issues or concerns to call right away and they will get over to me right away. Very thorough work by them and extremely friendly. The ladies that clean our buildings are such sweethearts and always are super welcoming, it really makes you feel at home. We also have a pool which is very nice to cool off in the summer! My neighbours are friendly and quiet, I definitely feel at peace. I hope that my review helps others that are looking for a friendly environment to live in!

We have a nice and big top floor apartment that is quiet. Unfortunately there have been issues with bugs and we have never even seen a bed bug in 67 and 65 years between my wife and I. The clerical office on the ground floor has sometimes been good but also very poor at times. The two women, now one, often did a good job but the male office guy cannot do anything or answer any questions intelligently. One other BIG problem is that we very often receive notices of repairs, bug treatments etc, stating that we made the request when we did not. An example. Bed bugs this month: We received an autocratic demand for mandatory bed bug treatments. We had to move everything in our apartment into the center of the rooms, Plastic bag all clothing and empty all closets. Then we had to put our 2 cats into a Vets office, pay 100 because we were not allowed into our place until after the Vet closed (waited 6 hours). Then today (22 July) we got an email stating that in order to meet OUR REQUEST for another bed bug treatment the entire treatment would be repeated in 2 weeks. WE DID NOT MAKE ANY REQUEST and this dishonesty has been a policy of Boardwalk for the 1.5 years that we have been here. In addition, we were given very different stories from the BB guy and the office. I gave 3 stars because of the 2 female clerical office people who sometimes gave very good service. We hoped to stay here forever, but now this is in question.
Really like living here. The site staff have always been kind and helpful. Repairs always done quickly when I put a request in. Common areas are clean and mail gets delivered to the door. The building has really improved in the last year and the renovated suites are beautiful.
I came from Quebec to have an Ontarian college experience. I was looking for a two bedroom apartment, and 114 glen arbour crescent looked very nice from several pictures. I went to view the apartment and everything went well. As I was signing the lease they disclosed to me that there was a previous incident with cockroaches in the unit. Little did we know it was every single unit, including the lobby, and elevators. We were scammed by all of the people at the front desk who thought that they can get away with taking advantage of young adults. We brought our dog and cat in the unit along with thousands of dollars worth of furniture. We have lost a lot of money through this process and are now looking for a new home. Please don’t ever trust Maple ridge on the Parc, or anyone associated with this company. They are trying to get as much money for there units before they get shut down. If you are looking for cockroaches in your soup at dinner than Maple ridge is the place for you! Please spread the word that this place is not okay!
Too bad that the units are new and beautiful but the cockroach problem is major. We were not aware of the massive infestation when we moved in. They should be evacuating the whole building and then spray everything (or totally demolish). Apparently through talking with others living there over 20 years ago, there's always been a Roach problem which makes me think they will never be able to get rid of them. We had an awful experience over Christmas, after I had just had an emergency c section. I immediately gave our notice to move out. Now they are soliciting me and my family. Stay far away from these buildings! I know the bed bug issue was very bad last year as well. Luckily we didn't have the bed bugs, only 100s of roaches because they don't seal the units properly.
