We experienced water leaking through the top of a kitchen window frame and randomly called Lubnow. Pat Laberge responded immediately, assessed the situation and diagnosed an ice dam as the problem. Consequently he called on Byron Roofing who were also very responsive and effective. The situation is now resolved, and we cannot recommend Lubnow highly enough.

The Lubnow Restoration Team was outstanding from start to finish! We experienced significant water damage during the holiday season from a new washing machine. We had only been in our new home 6 weeks and had many holiday celebrations planned. Lubnow responded the same day. Dryers and dehumidifiers were set up, damaged baseboards removed etc. Our basement was totally unusable and our first floor similar. The team accommodated every concern including removing all equipment and cleaning my home before a large holiday party! The team returned the next day to reset the machinery. This company definitely went above and beyond!! Niko, our project manager touched base with me daily to keep me informed and staff were as unobtrusive as possible. The trades people were excellent!! This company made a disastrous situation manageable. Thank you Lubnow for your efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate staff!!

“Omg, I just came in from filling up the pool to find about 2” of water completely covering the whole basement, what do I do now?” A good friend of mine suggested that I call “Lubnow” to help me. Within hours they had a crew out doing the emergency work, complete with fans and dryers. Within a couple of days, I had an onsite storage bin and my contents were boxed up, tagged and transported into it. As my emergency work was done so quickly I decided to have them continue with my repairs which consisted of ripping out floors, walls, and repairs. I am extremely happy with how everything looks. Their staff doing the emergency part of my claim were excellent. The ladies who sorted and packed through all my stuff were amazing. The guys and girls doing the construction, repairs and painting were phenomenal. A BIG Shout Out to Tamara, Amanda and Mark for a fantastic job and also taking care of my dog. Jeanie was so polite, courteous and did a great job with documenting my contents. Harry Lubnow, my project manager did a complete and thorough job from beginning to the end of my claim. I could completely relax and trust this Company. At all times I was informed of the process of when and what was happening. I highly recommend using Lubnow for any of your restoration needs.
