My 3 star would've been 5 star, as the tow driver was excellent and professional, but the customer service on the phone wasn't professional. I phoned to get details for an e-transfer, the person sounded annoyed to begin with, and said the password is ......, and then I'm like ok, and confirmed with him the spelling of the password (as he had an accent), and 10 seconds later, I noticed he already hung up. (He hung up when he said the password) No bye, no thanks, no warning of ending the call. Unfortunately, etiquette on the phone isn't a strong point towards customers here.
These guys accommodated my schedule perfectly. They picked up my VW Bus from the country and safely dropped her in London, all on a Saturday afternoon of a long weekend. Great price with great service.
Shame there is not more stars for the excellent service that you provide. Polite, diligent and fair price. I'm sure you are the best in this city.
I don't write a lot of reviews - but then again, I don't often pull the bonehead move of leaving my car battery running accessories while I forget to turn the car fully off before going into my house for 5 hours, only to come back to a dead battery ;) Dealt with Fadi today - he was excellent. Super professional, kind human being - and quickly solved my problem with a portable booster (my car was in a extremely low-ceiling underground parking..so we couldn't pull the truck in). Solved in about 5-10 minutes, while making friendly small talk. I recommend anyone in vehicle troubles to give these guys a call. Money well spent when you're having to spend money on something like this.
