Branch manager and staff are terrific and make due with what they have. Always kind and helpful towards patrons and very supportive in terms of the partnership with the LSP program that is targetted towards helping newcomers in Northeast London.

Good library, friendly staff. My rating is only a 3 star because it tends to be very loud in there. Unless you have access to one of the study rooms it is impossible to concentrate on your work. Like I said, good library but it reminds me more of a daycare.
