Terrible experience, staff was so horribly rude and unhelpful. Second I walked in a man came up and very rudely asked what I was doing here and what I wanted. Rest of the experience was only worse. I was really shocked given the positive feedback I saw here before going. The moment that the staff member saw us he was trying to get rid of us even lying about not having what I was looking for, (even though I could see that they did!) Guess he doesn't like seeing POC Would never go here again or reccomend it.

I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience . My dad called in before we went and asked if they had 36 inch stove which he was told they did . We drove an hour out to get there .parking and entrance were confusing. When we arrived the man that was there wasn't very happy to see us .we asked him if they had any 36inch stoves and he said what you mean 36inches high and we said no 36inches wide to which he replied no we have none. We sold them last week .His overall tone was he just didn't want to be talking to us . We asked if it was okay to look around to which he said very rudely might I add "ya you don't need me to looking around like whats that to ask" .some stores do mind people looking around so we thought we should ask before especially since we really felt like he didnt want us there . As we looked around we saw a 36inch stove . The man glared at us the entire time . When we were leaving he didn't say a word to us just glared and continued to glare as we left. Litterly watched and glared at us even as we were driving away . The prices were not that great either .They had a GE cafe 30 inch stove for 3000 i found the same one in Toronto for 1850 . I cant think of any reason why this man was soo rude to us other than our skin color and religious background. With the bad customer service, confusing parking and entrance with not so great priced I would not recommend this place to anyone .
