I had my first chiropractic experience at this location last week, with Dr. Eric Jackson. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He listened, validated the pain and made a plan that immediately gave me relief in my back and neck after just the single introductory session. And, I returned a couple days later and I'm so glad I did. I picked this location because it was close to home, had great reviews and most importantly: they were transparent with their pricing on their website (only 1 of 2 clinics that do this in London); That honesty definitely is what made me push to call them. Their prices are fair for the work they do, and I was happy to see prices that were affordable for such a necessary part of self-care/ health. In addition, they have the ability to immediately process insurance claims, which is definitely a plus to many people, I would assume. I will definitely be following up, and my only regret is that I didn't bite the bullet in trying this clinic out sooner!

First time there, it was a great experience. Both massage and chiro were amazing. Felt the relief right after!!! Everyone is super nice and friendly. I'm going back there again for sure. And I definitely recommend this place!

I visited London Chiropractic and Massage Clinic for an ongoing back issue. After the 1st treatment I was able to sleep, pain free, laying on my right side after being unable to for years. A subsequent visit has allowed me to live my day without pain and the use of muscle relaxers. Highly recommend this clinic.

Very welcoming and clean environment. I saw Brett Storr the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, he is very professional and he treats the body as a whole. Great for mobility issues and pain. I definitely recommend visiting this clinic.

I can't say enough great things about this place and Dr. Keith Leung. I had torn a ligament in my ankle almost 3 months prior to my first appointment and it wasn't healing properly and still caused me lots of pain and discomfort. He was very thorough with my initial appointment and ended up helping my ankle and other parts of my body as well. A week later and my ankle is doing amazing! I appreciate that he was very kind and helped explain everything as he was doing it and even gave me specific exercises for both my ankle and back to help speed up my recovery. If I could give 6 stars I would!
