You can tell alot about a company when something goes wrong. After I received a wrong part due to miss communication the people from LKQ at the london location and management jumped up to make it right.They went above and beyond to correct the issue and have the part in my hand before the weekend. Great company and people. Thanks guys.
They ordered the wrong part. They ordered it for a completely wrong car. When i called to inform them of this the man on the phone did a bog sigh like I was such an incomcenience. No apology was offered.
