great student resident for student who want to live close to campus. 10 min walk for resident to social science, this place is close to campus and provide a good amount of transportation. Student who live here can also apply for a spot at the bayfield lot. Which is beside to the resident. Overall this is a good place for student who are not financially restricted and want a place that is close to campus.
