Improved and enhanced customer service experience. Having undergone recent changes in leadership and staffing (within the past year or two), what would typically be a disappointing service and sales experience at Jaguar London, is now one of ease and enjoyment. Melanie Farhat was incredible to work with, taking care of all of our needs, not matter how big or small. She listened patiently, addressed every concern, and ultimately helped transition us from a 2018 F-Pace into a 2020, both quickly and professionally. Melanie paid attention to every detail and was intuitive and exacting in her process. Thank you, Melanie, for being so amazing. And well-done Jaguar London.

I travelled over 700km to purchase a car from Jawad at Jaguar London.. I have bought cars from many different dealerships and have not had a more pleasant experience. They were awesome/ accommodating and made the whole experience memorable. I am loving the car and hope to return to buy another when due!

Beyond horrible service department. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and lack the total inability to provide quality customer service. As an example, my car had a very minor service issue that took 3 return visits and several weeks for the team to properly address. The last service, they kept my car for two weeks, provided me a loaner vehicle - which was dirty - and failed to provide updates on the return of my car. Simply stating, keep the loaner and we will call you...whenever. I had to call and contact regular to determine the status. As a gesture of good will, they could have detailed my car when they returned it, however it was returned as is...but now with the engine light on. The response about the light was - it happens and just wait it out... They are unlike any other luxury car dealer in the worst possible ways, no grace or humility. Arrogance of staff, lacking attention to detail, lack of personalized service, and unwilling to address client concerns. I feel very uncomfortable visiting this dealership as I have openly heard them chastise clients in the showroom and seen them avoid servicing people walking in the door if they are of no circumstance or perceived value. I will be selling my Jaguar and will no longer support the brand. This dealership is a smear on a quality product and they should be ashamed.
I had the pleasure of discussing warranty options with Bri for my Discovery! I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed due to some unforeseen circumstances at my end. Nonetheless, this has been one of my most positive experiences with Jag and hope to do more business with them in the future!
Took my 2020 F-Pace in for servicing recently and the team in the Jaguar Service department was phenomenal, as always. They took my vehicle in right away, made sure I was comfortable and set up on the complimentary wifi so I could work while my vehicle was serviced, and I felt safe and comfortable with all of the covid-19 safety precautions they had in place. The servicing took exactly as long as what was described to me over the phone which is not something I have encountered in that past with other dealerships. Lastly, the crowning jewel of every visit to the Jaguar service team is the complimentary mini detailing that is included. I got back into a sparkling vehicle which had received and exterior wash and tire shine, and an internal vacuuming and clean. It is the care that Jaguar London takes to really make the servicing experience as wonderful as it can be, and the steps they take to ensure the client is truly happy that sets them so far apart from the rest. Thoroughly happy with their team and it was an enjoyable experience all around.
Having Melanie Farhat as a sales representative made purchasing a vehicle from out of town so easy and simple. Being over 500km away from London and in the middle of a pandemic Mel made everything easy. She was quick with her responses, provided all pics and videos requested, answered all my mechanical question. When I arrived in London everything done, done and as promised.
