Almost didn't go after reading the other reviews but the salesman was very professional polite and served me quickly on a busy day. Plus their prices were way better than if I had bought online.

Found the boots that I wanted at a great price!
In agreement with other reviewers, the store has a great selection of shoes, but the customer service is wanting in friendliness and interest in potential clients. I've been in the shop a few times, and at no time has staff approached me, even when I spent time looking at shoes. Each and every person who crosses the store's threshold should at least get some sort of cursory welcome. How do they stay in business??? Update: 2 more stars have been granted for the excellent customer service I had since the previous review. I take it some sales-folk have left and have since been replaced by a more attentive lot. That change alone gets an extra star with the 3rd star reflected in the availability of shoes in larger sizes (for women).
This is a lovely store that sells quality footwear. However the staff is cold, unfriendly and act like they are doing you a favour by serving you. I will never return.
Whenever I go there i feel like they arent interested in customer service at all almost a annoyance. I was just there yesterday and I wont go back. One place i do love is the Reiker shoe store in Paris Ontario those girls are lovely and so helpful. I will trek to Paris.
