Last night I had written a review that I was disappointed in a situation regarding a call to the store. I come back today after everything to say that the staff and management ended up going above and beyond to fix our mishap and I am thoroughly pleased. I will be raving from now on about how great they are for helping resolve this issue. I was frusturated at first with it all because there was confusion on all ends. I originally gave a 1 star review but I am more than happy to revamp it back to a 5 star because of the manager and workers actions to help fix this. Thank you Laura and management for fixing this I do appreciate it.

Everything is high quality and truly delicious. The St. Jacob's apple pie ice cream is a family favourite. The cone covers/drop protectors are genius, especially for kids!
Such a good ice cream. I wish they had more flavours served at the same time. Staff is nice. Don’t take large ice cream unless you are 100% sure lol
The bubble bubble. It's good but not for kids as it has got the real gums in it. Its cheaper than other ice cream shops. Also interesting part, u need to check before hand what are they scooping as it varies.
Such delicious, the way it should be ice cream. White Christmas is definitely my favourite followed by pralines and cream.
