My wife and I were impressed with Brian from the beginning as he worked with us. The quality of the product was great and the price good. The shop was patient as all of this took place just before the pandemic, and just before picking up the goods our contractor stopped working due to stay home orders from the province. Then when the final touches of the reno was taking place it was discovered the vanity ordered was incorrect, larger than the sink which was the correct size. With no hassle at all Household Plumbing made it right. They quickly admitted yes we made a mistake after checking their order sheet(the sink we ordered comes in only one size). The shop ordered the correct vanity size, arranged for delivery of the new vanity and pick up of the \mistake\. Thanks for your honesty and all your help.
