My father has been a resident on Springbank unit for two years and I have nothing but praise for those working on that unit. I am a retired nurse, and therefore well versed in giving care, and I have had zero complaints. Working in LTC is a challenging career, and certainly there are bad apples in this industry, but thankfully I haven't encountered them on my dad's floor. The current Administrator is a kind and efficient person, which I think matters as a positive example for staff.

My Grandfather has been in this home for many years and although he has been experiencing a decline in his health, this home has given him a very good quality of life since his admission. With many enjoyable programs from recreation and the loving interactions from nursing, we have had many memorable moments from this home. The home has also been a great front runner with making changes to the way they provide care. Since 2014 the changes to the appearance and approach from staff are very evident in the most positive way. Thank you Henley Place!
I work there full time as a personal support worker
For many, a nursing home placement is not easy. My dad was not a resident at Henley Place for very long. During his time there, he was treated with compassion, sensitivity and kindness. The staff on 3rd. floor, Harris Park have chosen an occupation that calls on their hands to be gentle and hearts be kind. We observed this many times over. Their support when my father was Palliative was more than we expected (not having gone through this before) and we were very grateful. Thank you, Henley Place.
We recently had to make a hard decision to move our family member into long-term care. With the guidance ,compassion ,and professional expertise of the attentive staff our journey was made so much easier. They have gone far above and beyond any expectations that we had.
