Deeply displeased with the eye glass technician here. Purchased glasses from them before and they were perfect. The gentleman is no longer there and the current young lady could have cared less. She was asked if the glasses were correct for my eyes and prescription and she said yes. Long story short, they were not. I will never return and never recommend this place. Dr Sharma is great and I will possibly see her again but will get my glasses made elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!!!

Terrible place...they gave me frames I hadn't chosen and an incorrect prescription..When I picked the glasses up, I specifically said the frames were wrong and the prescription incorrect....I was told to sign the paperwork..I returned and again said the frames were wrong and the prescription too strong..I was basically told 'Too bad you're stuck with them'... They make mistakes ...they do not warranty their work..try to blame the client..and really don't care.. Terrible place.

My family has been coming here for decades, turned away because they couldn't be bothered to order my contacts. Once I said I do not need an eye test there was nothing he could do to help all of a sudden. Should have know better, last time I was forced to pay for eye exam even though it was not required. Very disappointed
