If I could give a zero, I would. While the doctor is lovely, her patient care coordinator is horrific. It's unfortunate such a good doctor is limiting her care and sacrificing the reputation of her clinic by employing such terrible front end staff.

The worst experience from a walk in clinic.The front reception lady doesn't know about what a medical Examination form for employment.Also as per her the doctor doesn't have time to do it as she is overwhelmed with her appointments.I hardly find one lady waiting for her turn when I was there.Also I asked I'm sick and need to see the doctor for that at least.She advised me to go to another walk in if I want it today.this is the 3rd time I'm experiencing this type of attitude from here.its better not to show this place as a walk in clinic.its understandable if there are lots of people at least a few are waiting and they closed walked in.The receptionist is so mean and doesnt know how to address a concern.The worst experience ever in all aspects.
Dr A is really good. The front desk should get an orientation on people relations. Most of the comments also mention the same thing. You can't have such attitude at front desk in this day and age.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I normally don't write bad reviews but honestly STAY AWAY from this place. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, literally raised her voice at me when I asked to make an apt for a doctors note. She embarrassed me in front of the other people behind me, told me they would not give me one because even though I was still visibly sick, since I had been sick for the last week and a half and didn't come in then I was not allowed to get one now (lol what?). Oh, and I told her how I had seen my family doctor during that time but she was now away on holidays and I needed a letter. Shame on the doctor too for not coming out and telling her receptionist to control her temper and to learn to speak to patients with manners and respect. I went down the road to Hyde Park Medical Clinic and everyone there was lovely, the doctor understood my dilemma, had no issue writing me a note for the previous week and also examined me since he could tell I was still unwell gave me some recommendations - SO GO THERE and NOT HERE.
