very very cheap owner. I tried to return something today! I had asked very kindly but he kept being rude and kept walking away and said \ I will not give you a refund goodbye\.. I had literally bought it 15 min ago. Apparently there was a store policy of no refund only exchange. no on in the front bother to tell us and they showed us a sign that was hidden the whole time. I had explained to the owner that my sister had got me a poster so if i could refund it and he said no! I appreciate Clair that works there she was very very respectful and understanding! She was more useful then the owner. As I walked out he kept yelling and a man about social distancing and yet did not follow them himself! Didnt follow his own arrows... SAVE YOUR BUCK AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

Govinda Galleries is by-far the worse place you can ever go to, to buy something!!! They will steal your money!!! The owner is not understanding and is very rude! My experience at this place was horrible from the time I entered the store, to the time I exited the store. I tried to return a photo I bought 15 minutes ago; I told the owner about my situation and how I wanted to return it and he rudely told me “No refund”. The owner has no sense of human decency and respect. He does not know how to run a business. He doesn’t follow the core principles of running a business in general. When it comes to a business, it’s always been one goal and one goal alone: customer satisfaction. This is the worse place you can ever go to, to buy anything. EVERYONE BE AWARE THAT THE SIGN IS HIDDEN UNDER THE DESK! OWNER PUT SOMETHING ON TOP TO HIDE IT!!!!!!!!!

I have never felt more disrespected then what i experienced at this store. If i could rate this anything lower than one i would, thats how despicable the store management is. I purchased something from the store as a Christmas gift for a loved one, however my girlfriend informed me she had already bought something. I ask for a refund because it hasn't even been 20 minutes since i bought the item and the store manager treated me in a way i would never expect. They were really rude and kept ignoring me and instead of explaining the situation to me, just kept walking off. After a lot of badgering and complaining and explaining my side of the story. he rudely pointed to a sign that was HIDDEN from sight. I understand that there are rules and i obviously wouldn't have felt disrespected if he had showed me from the beginning. Instead he treated me so bad I felt for the first time in my life that i should write a review on how horrible my experience here was for the first time in my life. I hope i can dissuade anyone from coming here in the hopes i can keep people from being treated as poorly as I was.

If I could rate this no stars, I would. The worse customer service I have seen I my life. I am in disbelief how rude the owner was to my best friend. Highly recommended not shopping here. Please save your money and shop somewhere else.
