We were directed to Glass Canada by a London contractor who uses them regularly. I can honestly say my experience was great. I had Glass Canada come back for multiple jobs after my first experience From start to finish, the crews were professionals and the ladies I dealt with in the office, Stephanie, Alissa and Jacqueline were amazing. By the end of the renovation, Glass Canada had replaced 12 windows, added a glass shower, installed 3 custom mirrors with light fixture cut outs and replaced the front door. I would recommend Glass Canada to anybody looking for a professional and satisfying experience, as the folks from Glass Canada provide nothing less. I've added some pictures below of the indoor work that was done on the property.
I've had a disappointing experience with customer service. Everyone who I have spoken to or met has been very nice, which is why this review did not get 1 star. I've had three scheduled visits from technicians and none of the visits has been on time. Each time I've had to call to find out if they are coming and each time was a different story. My initial glass order could not be installed as the glass was the wrong size. My subsequent glass order \blew up\ on the truck on the day of the install. No one informed me of that and I had to call to find out that the technician would not be coming. They've had my deposit for almost 3 months now and it will be another couple of weeks at least! Will update this review in one direction or another once the glass has been installed. January 12 - Glass arrived the week before Christmas and was installed professionally and efficiently. Was impressed that they gave me a discount (without asking) due to the inconvenience of multiple failed attempts. Have increased my rating to 4 stars from 2 stars.
Had a custom shower door installed. They were professional, quick and had amazing customer service. Can’t express how happy I am with the shower door!! Thank you!!
Can’t speak highly enough of this company.I reached out to there residential side and asked them to quote me glass for my shower in my ensuite bathroom. Melissa was awesome to deal with via email and phone. The gentlemen that came on site were over the top courteous and professional. They were considerate of my wife and two little children at home, cleaned there shoes upon every entry into the house and great manors. Thanks again GC. I’d refer you to anyone
