Our decision to add an in-ground pool to our property and lifestyle was something we investigated thoroughly with care and caution. A pool is a considerable financial investment that requires a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to ensure proper design, professional installation and reliable maintenance. We are delighted to say that Forest City Pool and Patio met all of those requirements and more. From our first meeting with owner Marcus Brunner, we developed a sense of trust in his knowledge and professionalism, and confidence in his company’s reputation. When we were introduced to Travis, who would advise, design, measure and layout the location of our pool, we immediately recognized his integrity and ability to address and accommodate any and all issues we faced as rural homeowners. And then the dig began. Excited to watch the process and anxious to manage our own components of the build meant that we were on site daily interacting with the crew over all aspects of the installation. What can we say about Cole, Jose, Todd and crew leader, Jeff? They were awesome!! It was obvious from day one that these men operated with an efficacy that only comes from years of working well together. There was a rhythm to their work that demonstrated their skill and proficiency. No time was wasted. No mess was left behind. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Jeff was always aware of weather, organizing and co-ordinating arrival of materials and trades, while maintaining safety for all. We were so very impressed by this crew and deeply appreciative of their work. Thanks to all at Forest City Pool and Patio…you definitely made a splash with us!

We had a great experience with Forest City Pool. We had very difficult conditions to build on at our property, and we were happy that we had so much attention & expertise provided to us before during & after our build. Shortly into our hillside build we realized how much experience Markus & his crew brought to the project. We met with Markus & Ann Marie for consultation & advise several times during the project to make sure everyone was on track. And Jeff and the rest of the crew showed big results each day they were at our house once the build started. Now that we have completed the process & look back we are so happy we chose a company with 30 years experience and could take the whole project from beginning to end. The pool has added so much fun & relaxation to our yard. And the landscaping they did was an awesome addition. Thanks Again Everyone, Also now that the new season is hear, thank you for opening our pool so quick we have used it twice already. Dave & Margie

We were looking for a new pool company after the one we previously used went out of business. Forest City Pools was the only one who responded in a quick and courteous manner. Though we had to wait a few days for them to come (it is the middle of summer, so expected), they completed the repair job professionally and we are very happy with their work. Their rates, from their provided price list, are reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.
