I contacted Ross and arrived on time when he said he would. He has many products to choose from, comparable to other big names. I am vary happy with the outcome, Mike the installer knows his craft and will put in solid day of work. My wife and I very happy with the product and the service the provided. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future when the time arises. Dean

Ross was very friendly and Mike did a great job installing the floors. There was a delay in the shipping of the flooring, but the job was still completed on time before we moved in to our new house. Overall, highly recommend and will likely use floor masters again to finish our basement.
Floor Masters should be at the top of your go-to for flooring needs of any kind. Sure, it's not your fancy big box stores and it is hard to find and somewhat small and tucked away...but I'll be damned if it isn't the sweetest flooring shop this side of the Mississippi. Seriously, call Ross and rest assured you are valued and actually cared for. It's NOT a big operation, so don't treat it like one. Treat it like the local and experienced flooring shop it is. Just be your kind self and you'll be treated the same. Call them already.
