Stephanie is very knowledgeable and thorough with her work. She quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back to fix my washer. During her initial visit, I mentioned that the dryer although working, was making a noise as well. She recommended she do a checkup and cleaning when she would be back to fix the washer. I was pleased she remembered and did just that during the second visit. She was able to locate the sound of the noise and fix it, as well as give the dryer a good cleaning. Fix-M-All Appliances were great to work with. I'll definitely reach out in the future for any other appliance needs I have. Thanks again Stephanie!
My stove died during COVID-19 stay at home order, and no appliance repair technicians were responding to my phone calls. When I finally found Fix-m-all and got in contact with them, I received an appointment with Stefania within a day. Stefania was very accommodating and professional. She showed up with her COVID-19 protection measures (masks and gloves). Within 5 mins she identified the problem with my stove and had the parts ordered! My stove is now back to full function. I highly recommend Fix m all and Stefania! She is quite knowledgeable about appliance repair, and her professionalism speaks for itself.
I have been a appliance tech for 32 yrs and have never seen so many missed diagnosis. I have worked for General Electric and Direct Energy and have never seen someone throw back refrigeration jobs to another company because of lack of experience. She may be a good tech other wise but does not know refrigeration. I would not recommend this company for any refrigeration repairs. But she seems to handle other appliance repairs adequately.
We are very pleased with the service and repairs provided by Stephani. Very pleasant lady and will definately call her again if needed. No hesitation in recommending her.
