Had another great experience with the service department at Finch. The Service Advisor John keeps me informed about what it going on with my vehicle and let's me know when it should be done. I have had 2 major and 1 minor repairs done on my van in the last year and I have been happy all 3 times. I would definitely recommend this service centre.

A week and a half ago my vehicle was in for warranty work and they crashed it in the parking lot. Currently it is being repaired - i got a rental and I haven’t been kept in the loop of vehicle process as I was told. I baby this vehicle so it is a very unfortunate experience so far. I am hoping it is repaired 100% I will update review once I get it back on how the truck looks when it is fully repaired.
Dave and Craig were so professional and helpful with our recent Jeep purchase. They were very friendly, courteous and an overall awesome experience!
