Bought expensive earrings for my girlfriends birthday on Monday from Micheal Hill jeweler's Cambridge and was supposed to be overnight to London, well they went to mississauga and have bounced around there getting scanned until Thursday afternoon now nothing!!!! I called and the representative was super rude and hung up on me with a survey whilst I was still talking with him. Now nothing. I have to explain to my girlfriend that her gift is lost out there with no answers. I mean it was Cambridge to London. I paid lots of money and extra to get overnight shipping? And all I hear is its all because of covid19. Meanwhile I get a package from the states Via UPS in 6 days. I'll be filing a expensive claim if they are not here in the next few day, they were not cheap earrings!! Worst experience ever!

Look up the word \Shyster\ in the dictionary and you will see the FedEx logo. For years they would show up with a package and have extra fees. I refused delivery. Now they deliver package and send an invoice 2 weeks later. If you do not pay, they report you to credit bureau. Just had an item delivered. Item cost 30. FedEx fees 24.41. I usually demand shipment via postal services; have NEVER had a problem. I though they would not screw me for a 30 item. Boy was I ever wrong. Do yourself a favour. When having something shipped to you, DEMAND the company use the postal service. You will not be disappointed. How these crooks live themselves is a complete mystery. One star is overly generous. If I could I would give -10 stars.

Very rude dispatcher. Called at 6:50 am - waking me up - and before I had a chance to say anything she began yelling 'stay calm stay calm we are trying our best to help people during these trying times.' This statement was repeated 5 times during this conversation. Apparently my package was not deliverable to my region, which is odd, but apparently no other solutions were appropriate either. Drop at a nearby depot - no they are closed for Covid. Drop at Canada Post - no that is not policy. Can I come to the terminal to pick it up - no that is not allowed owing to Covid. Can you leave it at an alternative address - no that is not policy. But you need to 'stay calm stay calm we are trying our best to help people during these trying times.' Can you return it to the sender - no that requires the sender to request that it is returned. So what happens? 'We will hold onto it for 5 days and then submit the package for destruction, but stay calm stay calm we are trying our best to help people during these trying times. Thank you for choosing Fedex. Can I help you with anything else today?' Have since been emailed asking for payment for 'extra costs that need to be paid to Fedex.'

Tina and Anne are absolutley unprofessional. They are incapable of doing a good job and clearly do not know how to do a good job. Get ready to meet to complete childs that will not handle your frieght needs in anyway shape or form. Go to another location for better service and shipping.

They sent me to an address that was apparently partnered with them for deliveries. I showed up to the address they gave me and it was the source store. They had no clue what I was talking about and had to drive back out to main center. I called for another package delivery and they said the same address but I recognized it and told them on the phone that that address is a store that's not partnered with you.... big waste of time . Plus my package was 39 with them. I call the other fedex store and they said 13!!! I call them back to complain but the guy can't Comprehend my point on how they need to figure out there shipping locations and stop wasting ppls time. Just keeps telling me he has a number for me to call for shipping...idiots
