I would rate this company a zero if I could. We had extreme limousine booked for our wedding in september. We were just following up to make sure they had the full details. They weren't answering by email, so we called them. And turns out they are completely our of service. They never told anyone they were closing down, and we lost our 200 deposit that they never returned. My lesson is to always do your research first and review as many ratings as possible.

My wife and I booked a limo with extreme limousine last October for our wedding. Our experience was terrible. They sometimes took weeks to reply to emails.. very rarely answered their phone.. and the day of our wedding they canceled our booking during our ceremony. And when we tried to call them to ask where they were there was no response. We found a voicemail from them apologizing because their limo bus couldn’t start. However they did not make any effort to send us a replacement vehicle (or just something). We were scrambling to find rides to carpool because our wedding party was so large. It made our day so stressful. And definitely took away from enjoying our special day. We right away sent them an email saying we would like to have our deposit back asap. And we didn’t want to make a big deal out of the situation. However it took them over a month to finally send us back our deposit even though we sent them enough reminders. Our sister was also planning on having them as her limo service for her wedding for this coming May. But we suggested that it wasn’t a good idea. She canceled a month ago is still waiting on her deposit!!! Terrible costumer service!
I wish I could give less than 1 star. Do not waste your time with this 'company'. I don't understand how this is even considered a 'business'. I am so happy that I didn't offer my credit card number over the phone because this has been a terrible experience for me. I had hoped that I would have a Limo for my friends Bachelor party, Brett was kind enough to offer me a deal. When it came time for payment I asked for an invoice ...and well that's the end of it. Zero call backs because they don't know how to answer voicemails, zero accountability as I never received the invoice or any correspondence by email and I have been waiting 2 weeks. Do you not want business? I really don't understand but I am happy I didn't lose a dime. Zero stars from me.
I would give 0 stars if I could. We payed our deposit with this company and they went silent for months. I try to reach out and find the website is gone, the phone number is out of service and no one is replying to their email. No notice whatsoever, thankfully realized this happened early enough to re-book another Limo with a different company. I'm not even sure if you can book with them anymore, but it if comes up, just don't.
Honestly the worst experience , would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The driver started the night by telling my group that he had never driven this bus before, then couldn’t even get backed out of the driveway. We asked to go to a specific destination and we were brought to the wrong city ... not to mention our driver got lost about 3 times (even when we supplied him with our phones to use the GPS). Don’t let them have your credit card number, pay cash .. they’ll over charge you and then hang up the phone when you call for an explanation. Such a joke.
