Huge appreciation to Elmira for helping us love our fireplace again! We replaced an old, original fireplace with a beautiful and modern Stuv wood burning insert. The burn is clean and efficient, and the warmth is so nice on a damp or cold day. The service experience was amazing! Kyle Watters listened to our needs and recommended the best product for us...we are so happy with our choice. The instal process was also easy. They cleaned up and showed great enthusiasm and pride in their craftsmanship! We will be back!

Our (1998 Pacific Energy) gas insert that was our sole heat source at our cottage finally quit. As I was rushed to find a replacement, I was overwhelmed with a multitude of choices. I bounced around London going from store to store trying to find a economical/ standing pilot/ hardwire to thermo set up. It seemed almost impossible to find. Elmira stove works was my last stop and one of the only companies that had exactly what I was looking for. I needed it for heating, not as a decorative piece that I only turned on once a month. I spoke to Joe (Owner) on a few occasions and he was more then happy to help me out. I purchased the product and It was installed. After the installation I had a few minor concerns. I called Kyle ( Owner) a few days before New years. On the Eve of New Years Kyle drove up to my cottage, tools in hand ( while his family sat in the truck and waited) to verify that everything was working perfect. I could not ask for better \old school\ customer service. Bravo to the whole team.
