I visited the 507 London-3198 Wonderland South location a few days ago, after attempting to order online through a partner company and being unable to complete the order due to supplies. It was a pleasure though not only speaking to Maryam over the phone and gathering information before actually making my way to the store. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Maryam. She took time to take me over to the items as the store is large. By the way it was also clean and well organized. That was a plus. She was extremely polite and beyond helpful. She remained patient and even recommended additional items ensuring to highlight the discount currently on the item. Needless to say, I purchased the boots I truly came there for and the spray she recommended. She simply had a positive and happy spirit. Overall, she was fantastic as she truly provided exceptional quality customer service like a true professional. Stay Awesome!

I like the selection of product and customer service in store is usually pretty good. But I am pretty disappointed with the way customer service is handled over the phone. I called to verify whether they had a particular item # in my size. I was put on hold before I could say anything. When the associate took me off hold, I asked if they could verify whether the shoe was in stock. With attitude, she told me that she was not in front of a computer and that she was also with another customer (??). I was put on hold again. Another associate picked up the phone and again seemed bothered about my inquiry.

Great shoe store. I always buy my shoes here! Different brands, good quality ones, and decent prices. Sadly, they are pretty out of stock likely due to the pandemic. Hopefully they will replenish their stock soon.

They always have a great selection of great quality shoes. It really is a one stop shop for our family. That's something I value, especially in times where you need to limit the places you visit.
