From start to finish Konrad was an absolute professional. As someone who works in property management, I genuinely appreciate a contractor who shows up when they say they will, does what they say they will, and invoices for the quoted amount. He was friendly, helpful and explained the process. The products he used work well and he was very efficient. Konrad was great! He did an amazing job with my area rugs and carpet. Everything looked brand new. He was able to remove the toughest stains. I highly recommend him and will definitely be doing this cleaning more often.
Our carpets were disgusting. 2 teenagers with friends over all the time, 2 dogs and a cat, the carpet was awful. Messaged late Tuesday night and Konrad responded right away and was able to do our basement Friday morning. He was kind, professional, and thorough.
