Kevin and everyone at the store are a real pleasure to work with. His installer Chris is incredible. Everybody is very professional and and the same time very friendly. They offer great service at a very good price. We have use them a couple of times for different projects and couldn't be happier.
I loved working with Covers! I first went to the North location and they introduced me to Willi who works out of Designers Edge in the South. Willi was so lovely to work with. She gave her advice and made me think of things I had not considered. My living room drapery has turned out beautifully and I trust her so much that I told my sister about her. My sister ended up covering her wall of windows with beautiful blinds.
My experience with Willi was first rate from start to finish. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products that she was representing, but together with her innate sense of style and design, I felt secure in both her expertise and professionalism. Willi truly makes an effort to understand her customer’s preferences and tastes and her suggestions and recommendations were spot on without ever being overbearing. We were thrilled with our custom shades and drapery and we would recommend Designer’s Edge to anyone looking for a wonderful and personalized design experience. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the amazing job that Chris Avery did with the installation of our new window treatments. Like Willi, Chris was efficient, immaculate and conscientious in the work that he did. It was a pleasure doing business with both Willi and Chris and we would without reservation, use their services again.
I was very impressed with the service I received from designers edge. Willi was a great help picking out blinds and draperies for our home. When there was a small problem with the manufacturing part of one of the blinds, the staff were great in making sure they it was replaced till it was perfect. Very friendly staff! Thanks especially to Willi for making this experience of picking out fabrics and blinds that work best in our home. I love the window treatments and they have made our house a home!
