Had a terrible experience at this place 3 years ago......was so upset that I am only writing about it now. I brought my wedding rings in to have them resized and 2 diamonds added to my wedding band, which already had 3 stones. I wanted them to be added snugly on either side of the existing stones. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. When I picked up my ring, I was in shock. There were huge gaps between the 3 existing stones and the ones added on either side. It looked awful. I was refunded 100 after working up the courage to go back in and complain and will never return. It is clear to me that this gentleman does not have the ability which he claims. Had to go elsewhere and pay someone else to have it redone.

They were amazing. I had a negative experience at a big box retailer, i had sent back my engagement ring twice to be fixed which took more than 2 weeks, and it still was not what i had wanted. I took it in to Daniel A and not only did they make my engagement ring dream come to life but they did it in ONE DAY! They were friendly, empathetic and restored my faith again! I will definitely be back.

best experience I have ever had, customer service was great amazing job they did for me . It did not take long at all to fix my ring and replace a diamond. went to a different place they asked to take it away for 2 weeks. price was great !
