Kim is the best! She is very sweet and provides truly customized orthotics, not like some places where they just scan your feet and claim it is customized. She takes time wrapping your free in plaster and making the mold to make the orthotics and when you come pick it up she makes sure the orthotics fits in your shoes such as flats etc. She is very accommodating to your schedule and can schedule after work appointments. I would highly recommend Kim!

I chose this clinic to have to my first set of orthotics made because I saw that it is open late and on weekends and I work full time. My first appointment I was left waiting for quite a while and had casting of my feet. We made an appointment for the following monday to pick up my insoles, so I thought. I showed up on monday and there was a mix-up and my appointment was apparently scheduled for the following monday, I was told to come back on thursday instead. I came back on thursday and my orthotics were fitted into my 2 pairs of shoes. I tested out the orthotics for a few weeks and the one pair gave me a blister so I had to take them out. My original insoles from the running shoes were never given back to me so I had to go out and purchase myself a new pair of insoles to put into the shoes in the mean time. I set up another appointment this past saturday to have the orthotics adjusted again so I wouldn't get blisters. I showed up for my 11am appointment and the office was closed and locked. I was very upset at this point so I waited a few mins then left and left a voicemail. Approx. 15 mins later I received a call back apologizing for the lateness and telling me to please come back to have my orthotics adjusted. I did go back a few hours later and had the orthotics adjusted and she did find my insoles that she forgot to give back last time. Kim is a very nice lady, however I would highly recommend you choose another clinic to have orthotics made after my personal experience.
