Local Supporter and Shopper

It's hard to give business to this store. After spending thousands of dollars on blinds and custom made curtains for my home, I attempted to order one more blind. Multiple phone calls and a trip to the store and still unable to order what I need. I've left my number and requirement at least 4 times over the last few months. Perhaps they are not interested in small orders. Very upsetting considering the money I have spent here. I feel as though I'm bothering them with my request. (Also, I was never given a call after installation of all my blinds and curtains to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. That would have been a nice touch and builds customer loyalty.)

My partner and I ordered blinds from here in the fall of last year. There were multiple errors in our initial order and we were not provided with a copy of the order sheet. They took no responsibility for the errors and claimed they were not liable. I had to order another blind that arrived with incorrect measurements. The staff initially did not investigate this and offered to provide us with \20% off\ another blind (which would have cost an addition 100), and I had to advocate for them to actually investigate to discover it was an error by the manufacturer. The blind was re-ordered and months went by. I contacted them only to find the blind had been shipped to another location, no one had followed up and we waiting with half of a blind over one of our windows that overlooks our neighbors backyard. No apologies from the staff, no reimbursement for the troubles or the multiple times I had to drive back and forth from out of town. We will never order from them again. Update: A staff contacted me to remedy my concerns. She shared that some changes have been made to their processes to prevent the issues i experienced from occurring with future customers. I feel that this issue has been resolved and have changed my rating as a result.

We have used this location twice now. Both times we've been beyond pleased with the experience The staff in the store is knowledgable and attentive. Lisa worked with our schedules and came out to our home in the evening to help us choose the best window coverings. Chris was meticulous with the installation. Will definitely recommend!

Best Place to come for Custom Drapery and Blinds!!! They have a wide selection of manufacturers to choose from plus a wide range of fabrics for all your custom needs. Along side they have a wonderful catalog of bedding that is up to date and comes in within a couple weeks. Will definitely come back.
