Very disappointed! I have only dealt with the stores that Jen and her husband own. My husband and I were refused service today. We are contractors and needed to grab 5 gallons of paint. We were told that the girl was too busy to help us. We opened an account at the store on Fanshawe Park rd, walked in, and the service was amazing. They even made the colour I requested WITHOUT THE CAN, only the code. This store refused to make it. Very very disappointed

I went to this location right before businesses began shutting down due to COVID and once since they began curbside pickup. Even during this trying time, they've provided GREAT service. All the employees were very nice and happy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I had to place my order over the phone and had a million questions bc I don't know what I am doing, they were genuinely happy to help me and give me the advice I needed. Thank you!
Great staff. We purchase paint on sale days and hold it in store for future use. Always organized and efficient. Para is our go to paint for our properties, cleans well, durable and lots of options.

Smartest thing l ever did was buy a bunch of paint during their annual paint sale. They store it at their store and l just walk in or phone in what l need and pick it up and don't have to wait to paint. Can also send my contractor there to just grab it. Very fast and efficient.
