Awesome staff and great help for mental health wellness. With ideas and workshops to improve the quality within ones life. Helping to cut ties out of abusive situations they have great advice how to break the patterns of co dependent aquanauts that are not friends when looked at in the bigger picture. They have community workshops, that are being held online so an interesting way to keep social with educating yourself. Employees have educated advice on life’s experiences and help on how to handle the pandemic with the challenges some are facing with this COIVD It’s a great service. Everything is not real or right when the abuser, abusers have control of or about you. Abuse is abuse no matter the circumstances. privilege abilities to enter ones life for the sole purpose to make the victim a target to psychological and or physical abuse. The educated live a life that’s fulfilling, a life that they will feel whole once again with freedom from the abuser(s) and with education becoming aware how all substances can potentially eventually become toxic to a behaviour.

I just called about someone needing help right away and all I got was a non concerned attitude and made to wait for a number to Called well by the time I got that number the guy had left my building, hope he is ok but not impressed with the way it was handled
I had a very positive experience here. I was seen almost immediately by a very caring and attentive Nurse. She listened to me for over 3hrs and the staff's support extended past four. I never felt rushed and they all worked collectively to help me. They talked me down and provided me with tangible resources, as well as a care plan. They were also candid about the weaknesses in the system, and helped me to prepare for the unavoidable wait times that these programs have. Despite this, they assured me of certain resources to help me while I wait. I am thankful for this resource!
