Nice older building with a lot of facilities. Weights, gymnasium, squash courts and two swimming pools. Nice that there is free parking.

Pretty good location. Very handy as it’s less than a block from where I live. If variety is what you like this location has it in spades. Staff is quite friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be the change rooms are very dated and could use an overhaul. Fortunately I live so close I shower at home. For the price it’s good value overall.

Best and cost effective gym. Swimming and sauna available. Excellent equipment including squash courts. Staff very polite.
