At a time when insurance companies are giving people deductions on their bills and working with people through Covid 19 Canada Life is doing the opposite. My clinic was closed for many months due to Covid 19 and as such they did not submit my claim on my behalf before the deadline e. Canada Life has denied my claim and my appeal and has shown to not be flexible at all despite Covid 19 and all the changes it has caused. Very disappointing, I will not be recommending Canada Life to anyone!
