Burger was good, fries were disgusting and they didn’t give me some things I ordered. This was the second time eating there. The first time was great and the guy at the front was helpful! Definitely was a very different experience this time. Not worth the money at this point.

Super rude customer service and food is not worth the money! After waiting over 30 mins for my order they gave it to the wrong customer which resulted in an extra 30 mins of waiting and attitude from the female employee working cash. After receiving my food, they did not follow the special instructions (which I paid extra for). Overall a very disappointing visit and customer service.
Bought two burgers, fries and a funnel cake. Paid 30 bucks. Cake was doughy, hard and stodgy, it is clear they do not know how to make a funnel cake! Burger was not worth the money at all. I would rather go to A&W. fries were so dry that I needed to cover it in sauce, and portion size was enough for a 10 yr old. The owner needs to do some revising to the quality put forth in the kitchen. If you have high prices the food needs to match! Very disappointing dinner. Please take my comments into careful consideration.
Came for the burgers but fell in love with the waffles! The burgers were tasty & flavorful & everything was super fresh & well made. While there I couldn’t resist the smell of freshly baked waffles & had to try some, it was heavenly! Definitely recommended.
They have one of the best burgers i have ever eat in Canada really so good and delicious And the desert corner very good with very reasonable price recommend everyone in London to test it
One thing you'll notice about this place is that the burgers are premium. The beef is fresh and everything is clean and well-made. Factory sauce on everything. I've tried the Juicy Lucy and the Machine so far. Will be returning!
Burgers are great. Philly steak is really bad. Staff not pleasent on 3 visits I had there.
The onion rings were bland and the cheeseburger was underwhelming. I’d heard good things about Burger Factory but perhaps this second location isn’t up to the standards of the first. Disappointing.
