Lovely staff, lots of product, quick service. Only downside is I wish their online site would ship to Canada. I was disappointed when it didn't as it limits my outfits and animals.

It's not cheap but it's a lot of fun for kids! It's fun building the bear you want. You choose colors, accessories, clothes etc!
We did our very first Build-A-Bear today for our son Maximus' birthday and the worker Jordan was amazing! He had such great and positive energy and was so great with our non-verbal son. Just the experience alone was a treat and I'm just so amazed how great he was with our son!
Great experience. The kids loved the process, and if you go into it willing to pay for it then it's a relaxing and fun step-by-step for a customized stuffed animal. Cassandra, the one running it when we had our visit, was so cheery and patient with the kids it went so well. Definitely looking forward to visiting again next time we're in the area.
Great place! Every birthday we get a bear and outfits. Sad that is downsized and no longer has a designated store front!
I'm assuming Build-a-Bear needed to cut the cost required to keep a full size store because they are now just a Kiosk in the middle of the halls of the mall. Their available stock is drastically reduced. You can forget about a birthday party there. I have a bad feeling that this may be a trend, and even the first step towards the end of this company.

the experience itself was good and fun. But within 2 weeks of having the bear the stitching in the back came out, and within a week after that the tail started coming loose on out monkey bear. now my son is not rough with this teddy, he sleeps and cuddles with him. Imagine telling your 2 year old he can't have his new favourite bear to go to sleep with. iv had to take it away twice now to get it fixed. I am not happy with he quality of the bear at all. For the price I paid for it I expect it to last at least a month.
