Hello, I am a frequent customer of your location. Been dining in for years and recently with the spread of Covid-19, been using the online order option. The last few visits have been problematic but nothing you couldn't just shrug off but today's visit was a little too much. First off, we ordered sauce on the side which is clearly indicated twice on the receipt yet the wings were covered in sauce. The reason we order like that is because the employees tend to have a hay day with sauce applications and appear to just put them in the cardboard take out boxes and shake them around. The aftermath of this \procedure\ is also attached in the photos as sauce leaked out not only onto the bag but all over my car and kitchen table. Than to top off the disaster, most of the wing sauces were incorrect and we received what I can only describe as a \joke\ side of ranch. The picture I've attached is the actual amount of ranch sauce one of the employees thought was appropriate to send out the door. It takes a lot for me to complain to this degree and I especially feel bad considering the circumstances going on in the world lately but that is no excuse for laziness and just utter pathetic food service. The only reason I am giving a three stars is because the dine-in experience is amazing, especially your server Igor! Also, the girls that run the counters for pick up during these busy times do an incredible job at getting orders out quickly and timely but this problem seems to be coming from the kitchen and I think a closer examination of the kitchen happenings is in order. *** I was contacted by the general manager and was very happy with how the situation was handled. Thank you for following up and providing awesome customer service.

The wings are always good and predictable from location to location. this time was no exception and I enjoyed my dining experience with my fiance who had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before. Besides each of us ordering Wings we split an order of fried pickles and a basket of fries each of which were very good. Topped all that with a couple of Coronas and I can safely say we had a good meal.
The last few orders I've made at this location have been the worse that I have experienced. The wings always seem incredibly hard and overcooked and the sauces they provide are always the bare minimum and you never have enough sauce to dip your wings in. I hope with enough feedback like this it will allow for the managers and advisors to seek out some change because reading the other reviews has led me to believe I am not alone!
Placed an order yesterday for pickup today at 6:20. I waited 25 minutes for my order. Totally understand that it's the superbowl and it would be busy, so a short wait I could get behind. 25 mins is excessive considering my order was placed 24 hrs ahead. There is little point to having to select a timeslot if it's not going to be ready. There was probably 15 other people waiting. Staff was nice enough, wings were good but the execution could be better.
I love the dine in experience .The managers and staff are super friendly and efficient.Since covid we.ve been ordering for pick up only . The bag was inspected for accuracy and sealed as seen in the pic of the sticker below .Always great selection of delicious wings sandwiches and wraps .Good for families or a place to catch a game !
