Great experience overall with Blinds by Design! Nicki was AMAZING! She really went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness and helping me select blinds that were a perfect fit and also affordable! She was knowledgeable and the process was faster and smoother than I ever imaged! I put the romans in the bedroom and the zebra in my dining room and kitchen and they are BEAUTIFUL!

I am very impressed with this company. I have engaged their services for three properties and for different purposes. Their designers lend their creativity and their expertise in helping you choose the appropriate blinds for your space. Installation was extremely professional and respected restrictions with covid ie: masks, distancing etc. On one occasion the owner actually noticed a tiny flaw with one set of blinds that would have occurred at the manufacturing phase and immediately requested they be replaced. I tend to have a keen eye for details, and the staff proved on a every occasion that their finished product product not only meets, but supersedes my expectations. I have recommended this company to colleagues and will continue to do so. I enjoy our chats on local issues especially at the installation phase! :) Overall a very pleasant experience!

Nicki was excellent to work with from day 1! She was willing to answer any questions and offered honest and professional advice. Nicki and her colleague, Sam, installed our blinds today and we couldn't be happier! I wish I could give 100/5 stars - highly recommend blinds by design!
