Tyler was my landlord for the past two years and I have never had any issues with renting from this company. I am only leaving because I no longer need to live near the college and am onto better things. Tyler has always been a super responsive and helpful landlord whenever we needed anything. For example, our dryer quit one day and he had us delivered a brand new one and was there for the installation only a couple days later. He was super reliable, the houses are all great, and were clean on move in day. You cant go wrong with renting from Better Student Rentals! 10/10 would recommend.

Tyler at Better Student Rentals was my landlord for my first year at Fanshawe college (and my first time out of my parents house). He is one of the only people I would actually take the time to make a review for because he is one of the nicest and most caring people you will meet. He dealt with everything so fast and efficiently it has made living other places impossible for me because no other landlord has ever held these standards. Tyler is the best choice for student housing near Fanshawe and I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know going to school there.
The residence was clean, the washer and dryer were new and always worked well, there was ample space in the fridge and in the kitchen closets and the mattress was comfortable to sleep on. The residence was close to Fanshawe College and within a fairly close distance to buses that went to the downtown London area, to the Argyle Mall and to other locations. Overall, the residence was well managed by Ty and it is a convenient location for Fanshawe College students and other people that want to live near this area.
Kind,understanding, fair and responsive landlord. Great options to choose from and if you have a good group of friends-its PERFECT!!! The locations of the ones I saw were all easy access to the campus. I stayed on Thurman circle and it was an easy walk and enjoyable walk or run when I was late :)
Ty is literally one of the best landlords out there! I highly recommend renting from him if you’re looking for student housing. Never had any issues with him or the house, he was ALWAYS on top of things!
